A concert was held on Tuesday December 9th, at 20h00 at the World Music and Dance Centre, Pieter de Hoochweg 125, Rotterdam.
On Wednesday December 10th, out of the unique opportunity of gathering a team of international researchers and experts who are members of the jury of Barbara Varassi Pega’s PhD dissertation, a symposium on (artistic) research, (world) music and (tango) creation will be held, from 14h30 until 18h00, at Codarts Theaterzaal, Kruisplein 26, 3012 CC Rotterdam.
December 7, 14 & 15 2014 (17h15, 10h30)
The artistic presentation of his doctoral dissertation, in the form of a concert with Ensemble Psallentes, took place on Sunday December 7th in the Lutherse Kerk, Hooglandse Kerkgracht 26, Leiden. This presentation comprised two concerts, the first one was titled 'Liquescens', the second one 'Sacrosancta Walburgis'.
On Sunday December 14th, another presentation took place, at the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwe-kapel Elzenveld, Lange Gasthuisstraat 45 in Antwerp. The program was titled: 'Koningskind, a winter concert with Latin and middle-dutch music from the 11th until the 16th century'.
A lecture was given on December 15th at 10h30 at the Royal Conservatoire, Juliana van Stolberglaan 1, The Hague.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2014, Anıl Çamcı publicly defended his doctoral dissertation The Cognitive Continuum of Electronic Music at Leiden University.

On Tuesday December 2nd at 16h15, at the Academiegebouw Leiden, Rapenburg 73, docARTES-PhD candidate Juan Parra Cancino publicly defended his thesis: Towards a Performance Practice in Computer Music.

On Monday December 1 2014, Anil Camci gave two lectures where he presented his artistic output, together with fellow docARTES PhD candidate Juan Parra Cancino, at the Royal Conservatoire, Juliana Van Stolberglaan 1, The Hague, at 13h30, and in STEIM (Studio for Electro Instrumental Music) in Amsterdam, Utrechtsedwarsstraat 134, at 20h00.
